5moOne thing I learned about my mental health, is that it's worth taking regular, scheduled breaks. Even if you're still feeling okay. This could mean taking weekends and public holidays off from any "serious work." I used to only take breaks if I couldn't push anymore. That was unhealthy. I deserve to rest even when I feel good, so that I continue to feel good and not burn out!
