Matthew Eickman did an exceptional job of asking the right questions (as he often does) and Seth Garber provided actionable tips that can lead to personal, professional and business growth. This is probably the second time I’ve heard Seth talk about the pivotal moment in his life where he decided to have an even greater impact. How do you show up? How you are thought of? How you are remembered? Ask yourself these questions, not in a narcissistic manner but more along the lines of helping others. Other advice: 1. “DROP THE EGO!” - you can be competitive without being a jerk. 2. “Make a decision” 3. “Book recommendations” - pick an operating system and crush it! Rather than chasing different ideas constantly…. 4. It’s okay to say “I don’t have enough information to provide an educated answer…” rather than answering a question just to answer a question….
