Those who need to be right also avoid taking risks, and limiting creativity and ingenuity. On the other hand, those who would rather be happy don't care much about their intelligence and recognize that everyone is on a learning curve. They understand that the best way to help each other grow is to stop competing and start cooperating. Life is about helping each other see and understand each other, and working with someone towards a goal can lead to greater happiness. Each person has the choice to decide how they spend their energies and whether they are willing to give and accept help. They can choose whether they are going to be right or happy, and sometimes they can do both. However, if they had to choose just one, which would it be?

iT1 - Best place to work. I have been a reseller for almost 16 years now. I worked a little over 11 years at my last employer, and I have been at iT1 for over 4 1/2 years. A couple of weeks ago, I was on a call with one of the owners and a customer. When I introduced the owner as technically my manager, he corrected me, stating that he was not my manager—my customers were my managers. I work for them, and they dictate my job and what I need to do. It's incredible to work for a company that truly believes and acknowledges that the customers come first and are actually our managers. iT1 has no quotas, no forecasting, no busywork, no company manager, and no micromanaging of their sales team.
