Long Covid is very difficult to treat. EECP may be a good, side effect free, effective and above all non invasive option. In simple terms it induces neovascularistaion. Mass effect on colon and bladder seen. 🎯Few non obstructive renal calculi. 🎯Findings are of ruptured appendicitis with marked inflammation and large walled collection/abscess in right deep pelvis with mass effect. Carotid sinus The carotid sinus is a neurovascular structure that appears as a dilation in the carotid artery wall. It's located in the adventitial layer of the carotid bulb of the internal carotid artery. Carotid pulse The pulse in the neck can be felt where the carotid arteries branch off, just under the jaw.
