World Mental Health Day is a reminder that mental health matters—every day. In recent years, I’ve dedicated time to educating myself on the importance of mental health, and one thing stands out: it’s okay to ask for help. We need to end the stigma surrounding mental health struggles, because nobody should feel ashamed for seeking support. If you or someone you know is struggling, please remember: you are not your negative thoughts, and healing is not linear. Better days are ahead, and there is always help available. Let’s take time today to check in on our friends and loved ones—many people may be silently struggling, feeling unsure about reaching out. You’re not alone. #WorldMentalHealthDay #EndTheStigma #MentalHealthMatters #CheckInOnYourLovedOnes #HealingIsPossible

#MentalHealthAwarnessWeek - I hope we get to a point where talking about your mental health struggles is as normal as admitting you’ve got the flu, a huge stigma behind mental health and a passion so close to my heart 💚 3 points I would like to speak about to raise awareness today: - Educate yourself on mental health side effects and what this can look like. Whilst being withdrawn and low mood is very much a common symptom, reach out of those 'Outgoing/Smiley' friends too! - Gaining courage to speak to someone can be the hardest step, but it can be the biggest relief if you find the right person. You never know, that person next to you might understand more than you ever know. - Today you could be talking to someone who is trying their best not to fall apart. So whatever you do today, do it with kindness. It’s ok to talk 💚
