As 2024 draws to a close, GTS is delighted to reflect on its continued collaboration with the Aluminium Company of Malaysia (ALCOM), a partnership that has flourished since its inception in 2023. 1st Asia HR leadership sharing event! My first time speaking in front of over 100 HR professionals across Asia onsemi sites about my learning journey in work. I had lots of fun and insightful discussion and sharing What truly motivate us come to work everyday and how to make ourself motivated! Proud of being a part of HR team with lots of great opportunities to learn and share! Tips for motivation i learnt:   ☘️Tell yourself you want to do it: Focus on the feeling you are going to have after the work is done and look at it as an easy challenge that can be accomplished. ☘️ Manage yourself: You are the only person who can control what happens in your life, so be grateful for that and enjoy that power. ☘️ Talk with other people who are working hard: who inspire you and push you to succeed. ☘️ Make smaller tasks: Divide the large task into smaller, more achievable goals that can be completed easily. ☘️ Be positive: Focus on developing and building your strengths. Understanding our own personality traits is important. Understanding the personality traits of our team members is even more valuable because it's integral to building solid teamwork. On April 26, 2024, I had the honor of sharing my insights on understanding personality within teams at the annual P&G Jakarta Plant Titan Academy event. The seminar "Learning Agility: Drive Team Effectiveness through Big 5 Personality Theory," was a resounding success. The event was smooth, enthusiastic, and inspiring. Many participants engaged in discussions about personality traits, leading to a deeper understanding of themselves and their colleagues. The event's highlight was the personality assessments, revealing surprising results and confirming expectations. Every change starts with ourselves, including our effectiveness in the workplace.
