Establishment of a Kosovo Chamber of Mines serves a dual purpose: 1) contribute to the development of a modern minerals industry in Kosovo, 2) help positioning Kosovo as trusted partner in the global resource diplomacy, where security of supply of (critical) raw materials is high on many political and commercial agendas. Question about quroum of board meeting if anyone know the right answer please tell me. As per Regulations 17(2A) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 The quorum for every meeting of the board of directors of the top 2000 listed entities with effect from April 1, 2020 shall be one-third of its total strength or three directors, whichever is higher, including at least one independent director QUESTION is in case a normal listed company other than top 2000 listed company whether it is mandatory to include independent director in the quorum of board meeting ? MY Personal opinion is quroum for listed company other than top 2000 shall be one-third of its total strength or two director which ever is higher Not included independent director.

Anson Resources Ltd (ASX:ASN, OTCQB:ANSNF) executive chairman Bruce Richardson sits down with Jonathan Jackson in the Proactive studio to discuss the identification of high-grade #gallium and #barium mineralisation in conjunction with #zinc, lead, #copper and #silver from historic drilling programs. The findings were identified through a review of records from historic lead mining in the area. The Mary Springs exploration program did not assay for #indium or #germanium, which have since been discovered at the Surprise and Ethel Maude prospects. The WACHEM dataset from the Government of Western Australia indicated gallium and barium assays across the Ajana Project area, corroborating drilling results that suggest numerous #CriticalMineral deposits. Recent drilling programs by Anson have returned high-grade zinc, lead and silver values along with significant gallium, indium and germanium. The SPE Business Development Group had a first ever Tech/AI panel this week. This was a smaller event with more audience engagement than usual. Moderator Glenn Klimchuk set the stage by discussing #AI trends. We were impressed with the technical depth of Nefeli Moridis, Ph.D. (NVIDIA), who, along with Enfinite and Pariveda provided specific sector use case examples . She also discussed the power demands of LLMs. Rounding out the panel were CSL Ventures and MOIC Partners who discussed energy tech startups that they have invested in and specific challenges around adoption. A lot of "physics based AI" was brought up (a topic AlphaX Decision Sciences has a lot of experience with but too long to explain here), #AIexplainability, #AIgovernance, and of course, #data #data #data. Perhaps equally interesting was the self-selection of those who chose to come to a talk which, in many cases, was well out of their current day to day work - which we think is #fantastic.
