"Birds of the same feather flock together" This saying is old and gold, the problem is WHO are you flocking with. This short snippet shows the WHO you should flock with. But another problem arises from this snippet, WHAT is RIGHT? Is being diligent always right? Is working hard always right? There's a deeper interconnected network which can be explored further. But one thing is obvious, you need to be diverse in your network. The more diverse, the more point of views you get, the richer you get.

So, imagine you're at work, giving it your all every day, but somehow, it feels like your efforts go unnoticed while others get ahead with a little help from their connections. It's frustrating like you're stuck in a never-ending cycle of being overlooked. But in the middle of frustration, there's a chance to change the narrative. You and your colleagues can come together and demand fairness in how recognition and rewards are handed out. It's like being the underdog in a movie who rallies everyone for a common cause. Also, while workplace favoritism is a real issue, not every instance of someone getting ahead is due to unfair practices. Sometimes, management genuinely supports people who show exceptional skills and dedication, even if we might not see it that way at first. And sometimes, our own biases or insecurities can make us quick to blame management for decisions that might actually be fair. It's important to keep an open mind and consider all perspectives before jumping to conclusions. By encouraging understanding and communication, we can work together to create a more harmonious and productive workplace for everyone. And with unity, we set off on a journey to transform our offices into a fairer and more inclusive environment. It won't be easy, but with determination and a sense of purpose, you can rewrite the script and create a workplace where everyone's efforts are valued, regardless of who they know.
