What do Pharmacists Really want (or Need)? To market and sell in the retail pharmacy channel, you need to understand pharmacists and pharmacy owners. What motivates them, and how do they make decisions? At our ‘Driving Consumer Health Care Success in Pharmacy workshop’, we’re very fortunate to have Rebecca Chan, Pharmacy Manager from the TerryWhite Chemmart - Chatswood Chase Pharmacy, with us for one session. Rebecca has 15 years of experience working from a graduate up to management. Rebecca will share her thoughts on: · How she manages the balance between being a Healthcare Professional and running a business · The different roles within a Pharmacy · How she decides which products/ brands to stock and recommend · The characteristics of best-in-class suppliers and salespeople · The biggest opportunities and challenges pharmacists are facing over the next 2 – 3 years. You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions. Time is running out to register for our workshop, run in conjunction with Consumer Healthcare Products Australia. Key dates: · Registrations close: 25th April · 30-minute briefing session: 1st May (recorded for those who can’t make it) · North Sydney Workshop: 7th and 8th of May. A link to more details can be found in the comments, or message me for more information. Do you visit the same pharmacy or do you switch between a few or whichever is closest at the time? Please let me know in the comments. #pharmacy #consumerhealthcare #healthcare #marketing #sales #training

For convenience sake, more often than not I tend to go to my local pharmacy
I always go to the same pharmacy Michael Harley
I go the same pharmacy each time, it is next to where i do our weekly shopping
I have my favourite pharmacy based on the team who look after me there. It is a little further a field but I really appreciate the personal touch.
Looks like a great event Michael - What motivates them, and how do they make decisions - are 2 key questions we should ask about every audeince.
A pharmacy is a convenience for me so I switch based on location and my needs, although our local pharmacy is lovely to deal with Michael Harley
I do tend to use the same place consistently despite their outrageous claim to be a 'warehouse' Michael Harley
Looks like a great event Michael Harley. For me, I go to the same local pharmacy as I can walk there and they are open until 9pm
