Within days, messages poured in from parents who felt isolated, overwhelmed, and in need of support. They shared stories of children struggling to keep up without reliable technology. Families were making do with outdated devices or, worse, none at all. We realized the need was much greater than we imagined – but so was the desire of others to help. That’s where you come in. Imagine your life without a computer... We recently hosted an event at our store location on Seven Mile to gift laptops to members of the community who don't currently have proper access to high quality tech, but are in serious need of it. Many of the recipients were kids in the early stages of their educational journey. Not having access to a laptop or computer at home puts them several steps behind kids that do, and that just doesn't sit right with us. I wanted to express my gratitude... We recently compared the costs between using one Relay.app playbook and implementing the same process with Zapier. The result was a savings of $117.15 per month by choosing Relay! Annually, that translates to $1,407.00 that can now be redirected towards supporting the nonprofit's mission. And this is only one workflow... if we scale this up, it saves over $10,000.00+ for all of the processes we are placing on Relay's shoulders to process. Sometimes, it isn't all about the cost savings. However, if we put the money aside, Relay has processed the data better and given us the opportunity to think more creatively because we don't lack constraints.
