Our CSR Team hosted a Care Kit Assembly in our NYC HQ. Employees were provided supplies to create care kits for our unhoused neighbors as cold season approaches. The completed care kits (100!!) will be dropped of at the The Bowery Mission. 🤝 The CSR Team is run by our awesome employees: Jennifer Walsh (Associate Director, Audience Development), Kaylee Pofahl (Senior Associate, Branded Content), and Nhyrico T. (People Ops Generalist) As the winter holiday season (and cold weather near our HQ) approaches, we’re reminded once again how important community efforts are and aim to encourage our Brew Crew to find ways to get involved. Thank you all. 💙 #givingback #csr #employees #bowerymission #holidayszn

My nationwide, fully-remote PR team at Crackle PR has my full confidence and trust. 😇 I don’t monitor their every move and bathroom break. I don’t babysit them or make them track time in 15-minute increments. I’m not running a daycare center. 🧸 I hire grown-ass adults. And I treat them like grown-ass adults. And because of that understanding we’ve *organically* built a culture of mutual respect and empathy like I’ve never seen in my entire career. Here’s what I’ve learned: My job is to set up my team for success. Be available to provide guidance when needed. And then get the hell out of their way. 👇 This model doesn’t work for everyone. This isn’t the way it’s always been done. But for me and my team of highly efficient adult PR professionals? This is the way ✊ 👇

Something we're big on here at Creative Natives is supporting return to work parents in getting back into the workforce after taking time off to raise their kids. Join us on Thursday the 9th of May at 12pm AEST as founder of Creative Natives Ryan Kelly sits down with Mikhaila Warburton 🚀, fellow recruiter from Creative Natives as well as a Career Coach for Mums who have experienced this exact thing. 🫶🏼 We want people to tune into this conversation to give some support on how you can navigate through this if it happens to you 🫶🏼 We want companies to listen and understand the crippling impact this can have on your culture and brand 🫶🏼 We want to create some action, and with your help, we will. So come along. Register on the link below. Like this, tag this, share this. Let's help make some positive change for return to work parents and make this industry friggen better.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲? Good Care Month aims to celebrate the carers who selflessly look after our loved ones. Within a care home, your staff are full of amazing stories that have brought them into this line of work. This is the month to create video content around some of your staff’s success stories. Get them to share why they got into care and what they love about their job. This can be shot on your phone, the stories are the key, not the 4k camera. Doing this will not only raise your employer brand and make your teams feel valued, but it will help promote your home too. People don't just buy what you do; they buy why you do it. And If the story resonates with your audience's values or experiences, it creates an instant connection with potential residents as well as candidates. #carehomemarketing #videosforcarehome #carehomeseo

Moving to DSMN8 is easier than moving house 📦 What better time to create a guide on migrating your employee advocacy program to DSMN8 than when I'm surrounded by boxes myself? 😆 Our brilliant customer success team gave me all the details on how clients with existing advocacy programs make the move to DSMN8, from other providers or a combination of social media management tools. This guide reveals the full process, from setting up the platform and understanding your program goals to communications and user training. I'll leave a link in the comments to the guide, and crack on with unpacking 💪 #EmployeeAdvocacy #EmployeeAdvocacyPlatform
