“Education is not only a basic human right in itself — it’s essential to the fulfilment of all human rights.” António Guterres, UN Secretary General On this #InternationalDayToProtectEducationFromAttack, we highlight the vital role that education plays in not only rebuilding young lives and communities, but also as a pathway to peace, stability and global development. We believe that every refugee deserves access to quality education. Our Guidance Programme helps to equip young refugees with the skills they need to navigate their journey from displacement to achieving their higher education goals. What's more, our Guidance course facilitators, many of whom are former refugees, serve as mentors – offering essential support, understanding and encouragement. WHAT SHOULD THE EDUCATION OF REFUGEES CONTAIN? The education of refugees should also include WORK ON BELIEFS in the sense of HOW THEY AFFECT THEIR PERCEPTION OF REALITY. The aim of this is that BOTH THOSE WHO ARE REFUGEES AND THOSE TO WHOM THEY CAME UNDERSTAND THAT THE REFUGEE IS NOT THE CONSEQUENCE OF THEIR INFERIORITY, BUT THE CONSEQUENCE OF THE PLAN OF THEIR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND OR SOUL. Their soul plan implies that their soul wants to EXPERIENCE THE ULTIMATE EXTREMES OF HUMAN EXPERIENCE THROUGH THEM. The extremes of human experience involve the SUDDEN OR GRADUAL TERMINATION OF THEIR LIFE in their original environment and the CONTINUATION OF THEIR LIFE in an environment where living conditions are COMPLETELY OR PARTIALLY DIFFERENT than in their native country, nation, religion, etc. This EDUCATION OF REFUGEES will ensure that THEY DO NOT LOSE SELF-CONFIDENCE OR GET IT BACK IF THEY HAVE LOST IT. This can happen ONLY IF THEY ARE NOT CONSIDERED LESS VALUABLE than those in the environment they came to. In the long term, refugees and/or their children, through such education, will become FREE OF THEIR TRAUMA, so in the future they will be able to educate BOTH REFUGEES AND THOSE WHO ARE NOT REFUGEES. #refugees #education #equilibrium #jasnicaklaramatic

Imagine fleeing your home and leaving everything behind, yet still having dreams of becoming a doctor, teacher, or scientist. Refugee children are just like us—they have aspirations and potential that deserve to be nurtured. Education is a right, not a privilege & a child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. By supporting education for refugees, we invest in a future where all children can thrive. 🌟📖🌎 I dedicate this post to the asylum seekers and refugees that I teach and have taught in the past. -Sofia #WorldRefugeeDay #education #refuge #equaleducation

🪖📚 "After 2 years of #conflict and #displacement, it’s understandable that education may not be at the forefront for young Ukrainian refugees, but the onus is on us, #governments, #schools and #organisations to engage Ukrainian #youth, to help secure their futures" Salvatore Nigro, CEO of JA Europe, explores how we can engage young #Ukrainian #refugees in #education, nearly two years after the start of the #war. https://lnkd.in/eyPYkRDM

The UNHCR Education Report highlights a critical issue: over half of the world’s 14.8 million school-aged refugee children are still out of formal education. This not only jeopardizes their future prosperity but also denies them the opportunity to reach their full potential. Now more than ever, it is crucial to establish inclusive education systems that provide refugees with the same access as local students.
