Leaders need a roadmap for putting their best foot forward, and they need renewal not to become the all-consuming process it too often becomes. Come hear more during our session at the National Charter Schools Conference this Tuesday - and please reach out if you need support on this topic, growth strategy, and navigating the policy landscape heading into the new school year.
If you're at the National Charter Schools Conference here in Boston, check out the session I am doing with Heather Vega, Janelle Ruley, and Katherine Westerhold on Tuesday: Better Together: Strategies for Building a Winning Renewal Team!

I'm thrilled to announce the launch of our "Grow Your Own" teacher preparation program! We're partnering with local school districts to provide a pathway for existing paraeducators to earn their teaching certificates, special education endorsements, and master's degrees all while maintaining their district employment. These partnerships address critical workforce needs while simultaneously tapping into and building on existing community resources. Our first cohort will begin the summer of 2025. Watch what we're doing at St. Martin's to create teacher preparation pathways for the future!
