A conversation that uses three-way communication works like this: • Person #1 provides the information or instruction • Person #2 repeats back the information or instruction • Person #1 confirms, corrects, or clarifies the information or instruction We do not work in isolation; we work as a team on sites where others are present, whether they are working directly with us or on their own tasks and projects. However, there is a time to act quickly on a construction site- when as incident occurs. This doesn’t mean you should rush to take action. It’s important to act quickly to tend to an injury, and you need to be prepared to do so correctly. Otherwise, chaotic rushing can create more problems.
