Dear N26 team, I was scammed by your bank that doesn’t release me my funds since two weeks. My account was frozen without a reason and I was asked to send a supportive documents to prove the source of income. I did so. The next day you said that you will check it, you blocked me from accessing my N26 app, so I cannot login anymore, I cannot download my bank statements or anything. You never replied to my emails again and never replied me in a support chat. This is an unbelievable experience and I ask you to help me to release my funds and I will never come back again to your company. In other case I am going to spread this information through all platforms including Instagram where I’ve got 500k followers. Thanks for understanding and for your help. Sehr geehrtes N26-Team, ich bin äußerst unangenehm von Ihren Dienstleistern überrascht. Das Identifikationsverfahren ist viel zu kompliziert. Meine Mutter konnte es aufgrund eingeschränkter Hörfähigkeiten nicht durchlaufen. Der Kundensupport hat uns keine alternative Möglichkeit angeboten, wie beispielsweise die Identifizierung per Post. Das ist sehr bedauerlich. Auf diese Weise verlieren Sie Kunden und schaden Ihrem Ruf. Auch ich denke mittlerweile darüber nach, zu einer anderen Bank zu wechseln.
