We are now more than halfway through NACWG Phase Two and have been reflecting on how much progress has been made. But our continuous improvement approach means that we’re continually learning about what’s working and what we need to adapt. Research Scotland were commissioned to deliver an independent evaluation, identifying key learning points and where improvements can be made. Hi!🌱 It's #WorkPackage Thursday! Today, our #WP3 takes center stage. Led by Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), the team will establish #sustainability assessment building blocks for each tier of the 3-tiered IIAF, ensuring the IIAF aligns with Steps 4 and 5 of EC-JRC framework. 💪🏽 To fill the current gap in knowledge, WP3 will focus especially on approaches and tools for social and economic #sustainabilityassessment at each tier of the IIAF in addition to the environmental aspects. 🎯 Result? Improved and new tools with a focus on the early design stages and socioeconomic aspects as well as #LCC-based methodology for monetisation of externalities along the life cycle.
