May is International Masturbation Month! We're celebrating the freedom and empowerment that comes from personal exploration and self love. Masturbation is a natural and healthy part of sexual wellness, fostering a deeper understanding of one's body and preferences. We encourage everyone to embrace their sexuality in a way that is respectful, consensual, and enriching. Did you know that Masturbation Month was started in 1995 by Good Vibrations, the first sex-positive and women-friendly sex-toy shop in California. The move was in response to the president at the time, Bill Clinton, firing the then surgeon-general Jocelyn Elders after she was asked a question at the United Nations about masturbation and responded "I think it is something that is part of human sexuality and a part of something that perhaps should be taught". As a result she was forced to resign from government!! 📢 Share your thoughts on why it’s important to have open and healthy conversations about masturbation. #InternationalMasturbationMonth #MasturbationMay #MSIAustralia #Health #Lifestyle #SexEducation #SexualHealth #Pleasure

A few days ago, we took a poll because I’ve been having conversations about when puberty actually starts, what puberty is, and when we should start discussing it with our daughters. I spoke with a mom and mentioned that our program, "Dear Mom Series," educates mothers about puberty. Our mission is to help mothers and daughters navigate this stage together. The mom I spoke with thought it sounded great but said she wanted to wait until her daughter was 15 or started her period to begin the conversation. I was surprised and explained that waiting until 15 is too late because puberty often starts earlier. Many people don’t realize that getting a period is just one part of puberty, often considered the grand finale. By waiting until then, we miss out on important conversations and bonding experiences. When do you think puberty starts? What does puberty mean to you? For girls, it often begins around age 8 with breast bud development. Some girls even start their periods as early as age 9. At "Dear Mom Series," we focus on helping moms and daughters understand the changes that come with puberty. Remember Puberty education it’s not just about the big sex talk—there are many other aspects to cover. Many moms are hesitant to talk about puberty early, but it’s crucial to prepare girls for the changes they’ll experience. Dear mom, you need support too. Building a community where we support each other is important. When do you think we should start talking to our daughters about puberty? Should we wait until they get their period? Share your thoughts in the comments and join our community to get notified about our upcoming live session on this topic, where we will focus on puberty, when it starts, what the signs are, and what to look out for. We talked about unhealthy families and their consequences a lot, We know the power of visual power in creating culture, So, nowadays all the series we see involve same-sex partners or same-sex marriage, In your opinion how this can affect society to encourage teenagers to express uncertain feelings and make mistakes about their sexual desires? Or straight-married people who play scenes with same-sex partners? We accept people with disabilities in genetic and gender disorders, But what is the effect of the visual power like this in healthy and straight relationships and….

Parental alienation affects men just as much as women. It’s a narrow-minded view that doesn’t see the impact that alienation and estrangement has on a family as a whole, including fathers, sons, uncles, and grandfathers. I want to spotlight the men today who are experiencing alienation and feeling alone. It’s like no one understands or is going through what you are. You are not alone. We are a community of people who need to stand together to become happier, healthier versions of ourselves. #personalgrowth #resilience #parentalalienation #mentalhealth
