Attention professors, researchers, industry leaders, principal engineers and grad students! Have you been searching for a conference that offers unparalleled networking opportunities and valuable insights from industry experts? Look no further than FCMN, one of the best conferences in the semi industry. As a recent attendee, I can attest to the incredible value that FCMN provides. It gave me the opportunity to engage with individuals who are typically difficult to connect with outside of conferences. The discussions we had were exactly what I was looking for and I learned so much from the experience. As a presenter, I gave a tutorial on advanced packaging schemes that push GenAI forward and their corresponding metrology and inspection requirements. The conversations I had with attendees were deeply inspiring and I left feeling like I had learned just as much as I had taught. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and gain valuable insights from industry experts. Join us at FCMN and take your career to the next level. 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 #𝟮: 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗜 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆’𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀 Today, Anouk Wagenaar and Elsemieke Hackenitz continued their journey through Silicon Valley with a visit to Stanford University School of Medicine. The campus felt like its own city, complete with libraries, sports fields, labs, and even art galleries. It’s a place where innovation meets possibility. One of the day’s highlights was a session with Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI). The discussion centered on how AI is shaping productivity and the importance of bridging the gap between technological advancements and policy. Key takeaways included how AI can: • Simplify access to knowledge and tools • Transform learning and creativity • Accelerate research and innovation These insights inspire us to consider how similar technologies can empower the Hid ecosystem and drive forward-thinking innovation at our campus. The day ended with a visit to the HP Garage, which is the birthplace of Silicon Valley. This is where Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard started Hewlett Packard in 1939, laying the foundation for the tech industry as we know it today.
