Some alternative methods can be : 1. Utilize solar dryers or raised drying platforms (made of bamboo & Tarpaulin sheets in the runnels beside the road. 2. Advocate for and invest in community drying facilities that provide clean and controlled environments for drying foodgrains (better if the local administrative body/Panchayats/NGO-s can support). 3. Collaborate with agricultural extension services to provide resources and support for improved drying methods. 4.
