📣 Today, we're excited to announce our partnership with CommuteAir, a modern regional airline and United Express partner supporting the global United Airlines network in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. CommuteAir and TrustFlight will work together to drive digital transformation, sustainability, and improved safety across CommuteAir's fleet of 57 Embraer ERJ145 aircraft using TrustFlight's Tech Log and MEL Manager software. The shift from paper to digital is expected to improve aircraft availability and minimize avoidable maintenance-related disruptions through real-time communication of fleet status that allows management teams to respond rapidly within complex operational profiles. It is estimated that CommuteAir will eliminate 500,000+ printed pieces of paper from their operations, or an average of 50 trees, per year. “Close to three million passengers per year rely on CommuteAir to get them to and from their destinations safely and on-time,” said Rick Hoefling, CEO, CommuteAir. “Like our partners at United, we naturally sought ways to improve our safety and operational efficiency in a sustainable manner. I´m very proud to share this Hollywood-Moment I had last week in Dubai! #VOOhoo We were awarded for our ground-breaking product - our "𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠" functionality that we released just a few weeks ago and promoted together with our launching customer and co-operation partner GlobeAir. #gamechanger It allows charter brokers to 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙖 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙨 for business jet flights with aircraft operators by just clicking one button -> the "𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐧𝐨𝐰" button. #eVOOlution There is no longer any kind of requesting, (manual) quoting, back and forth communication, exchanging paperwork and signatures neccessary -> just the "book now" button. Aircraft availability is given, the price is accurate and therefore the aircraft can be booked. Similar to a traditional bookings only after signing contracts, the flight preparation starts. There is no 100% guarantee that everything may go as intended and that´s also not the intention of VOO. 𝑰𝒕´𝒔 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒍𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 nor does it guarantee the flight execution. It´s a contract and we all know the many variables an operator needs to consider and take care of, the impassabilities an operator has to deal with until an aircraft finally takes off (same here). We are proud that we made the booking of a business aircraft that easy but we are just at the beginning - we have much more in our pipeline! Operators are currently improving their setup and I´m sure we´ll see much more operators with accurate auto-calculated charter prices on VOO soon. #reVOOlution Some of them may allow instant booking, some prefer to re-confirm charter bookings - that´s ok.
