Counselor, Career Coach, & Psychedelic Guide

One sentence. One sentence describes why 99% of people seek therapy: People don’t get their needs met. Almost everyone I’ve counseled - from students to corporate employees to psychedelic journeyers - everyone says the same thing: “I’m not getting my needs met.” How are they not? There isn’t enough safety, love, or joy. Why are they not? We’ve set up society to deprive these things. What do we do? Reallocate and restore balance in a world of real, present abundance. Therapy is a great way to build safety, love, and joy, but it’s not going to solve most things on its own. Consider environmental factors in every mental health conversation. Advocate for equitable resource distribution, community, and care, lest we continue failing to meet peoples' needs.
