We have sterling achievements at the workplace, impressive KPIs and are undoubtedly confident of our leadership capabilities. But are we confident of performing life-saving aid as a bystander? Studies have shown that bystander CPR increases survival rates by two to three times, and bystander first aid are crucial in accidents. Am glad I took the full course with #Singaporeredcross. This certification is not for the resume, it is a meaningful skill because maybe all a person has is less than 60 seconds. #learningneverends

Empowering Through Knowledge and Confidence At RTS Training Group, we know that the role of trainer's role extends far beyond delivering content. Our trainers are passionate professionals who not only teach life-saving skills like CPR and first aid but also instil the confidence, empathy, and competence required to apply these techniques in real-world situations. In vocational training, a trainer’s influence is profound. They help shape attitudes toward safety, inspire preventive action, and empower students to become advocates for first aid awareness in their communities. Our trainers often reflect on their impact: Did I give my students the tools and confidence to respond in an emergency? Will they feel ready when it matters most? Will they inspire others to prioritise safety and preparedness? With every class, we aim to ensure students leave feeling equipped, empowered, and ready to make a difference when it truly counts. #EmpoweringLives #FirstAidTraining #RTSTrainingGroup #ConfidenceInAction

We want to give a big shoutout and commend each and every one of you who has taken the initiative to invest in an IFAK or (tactical) individual first aid kit. Your commitment to preparedness and safety is truly commendable, and we applaud you for prioritizing the well-being of yourself and those around you.
