🚀 Exciting Milestone in Norway! I’m thrilled to announce that a few weeks ago, Bioland AS successfully installed and commissioned their first Pyrolysis Boiler C160-F in Norway! 🎉 A huge thanks to Knut Møyner Hohle and Hans anders Kjos and his team, and the entire BioLand AS team for their dedication and expertise in making this project a reality. Emphasizing that you have managed to get it all done without requiring that anyone from Biomacon had to come out. Special gratitude also goes to Aleksander Systad and his project team at Risa AS, a passionate and innovative client from Norway’s contracting sector, renowned for their infrastructure solutions. Your enthusiasm and support were invaluable! 🙌 Thanks for this great Video! Risa AS is now able to generate 1.280GWh of regenerative heat annually and produce 165t of biochar per year with a carbon storage capacity of approximately 400tCO2eq/a. 🌍This marks the 4th Biomacon Pyrolysis system we have successfully developed in Norway as Decarbo-Engineering GmbH —and the first collaboration with Bioland AS. With applications targeting medium-sized operations (1,000-2,000 t/a feedstock input), we’re confident this is just the beginning of an exciting journey in advancing sustainable solutions in the region. 💪The partnership with Bioland has grown over the past three years, and seeing the momentum now—starting with the first order last year and two more systems already in line—is truly rewarding. 👏 Big respect to BioMaCon GmbH and Ulrich Suer for designing such a robust and versatile BCR system, catering to feedstock capacities from 500 t/a to 2,300 t/a. Biomacon's innovation continue to set benchmarks in small/medium pyrolysis technology. #NETZERO #Pyrolysis #BCR #Biochar #CDR #Collaboration #Norway

This year proudly marks 75 years of innovation and growth at our Burgos production plant. Founded in 1949 as "La Cellophane Española," the plant has been a pioneer in industrial progress, evolving from producing cellophane paper to becoming a global leader in flexible packaging for the pharmaceutical and food sectors. Today, it produces 260 million square meters of packaging annually—enough to cover 37,000 soccer fields—and specializes in adhesive lamination and metallization processes. Sustainability has always been a key focus. With 7,000 square meters of solar panels, the plant generates 15% of its energy from renewable sources. We are also advancing more eco-friendly packaging innovations like EcoLam and EcoVer, aligned with Europe’s environmental standards. To mark this milestone, Tobepal is welcoming 500 visitors—current employees, their families, and former workers of Cellophane Española—from November 2024 to February 2025 to tour the plant and reconnect with its rich history. As we honor our achievements, we remain dedicated to driving sustainable innovation and delivering value to the industries and communities we serve. Here’s to the next 75 years! #ConstantiaTobepal #75YearsStrong #Sustainability #Innovation #FlexiblePackaging
