A fascinating, free form discussion between a US oncologist and pathologist discussing needs, desires, challenges and solutions for testing to optimize PM. It’s clear that we know what we need, but the process is still imperfect, but we know what we need… one of my favorite quotes: “…. After quality and accuracy of testing results, TAT is THE most important thing….” Discussion centers around fusions and translocations, but many of the discussion topics are directly applicable to any patient disease journey. Well worth the time to tune into this podcast.

It's always interesting to see which of my podcasts was the most listened to over the year. This one was especially popular. Perhaps the clue is in what it covered... "Cancers survive because they have their own, specialised mechanisms for sustaining themselves. This is true in both biology and for the corporate cancers of "rogue" teams and self-serving executives. In this seminar, I discuss the parallels between biological and business cancers and what they teach us about putting rogue teams into remission."
