Just published my first blog for Q Spark Group! There are two use cases that keep coming up in my discussions with B2B marketing leaders, specifically in the technology industry - multi-touch attribution and account-based marketing. It's pretty clear that improved data and advanced analytics can help them mature their existing processes. AI also plays a role in decision-support. As an industry we have to evolve past producing reports and start suggesting actions. AI and machine learning are great tools for learning from past insights, recommendations, and actions and implementing a continuous improvement loop in marketing.
