This data and other research our survey scientists conducted, were pivotal in forming our standardized measures of Patient Experience in Clinical Trials (PXCT) which are being validated across >45 trials in the US. Once complete, these measures will not only help retain patients and diversity in trials, but also define patient centricity and introduce new KPIs based on the patient voice.
