Ka-Palawan! This Christmas, let’s give the gift of a greener future. Through our 1 Million Trees Project, the Bukidnon Nursery nurtures over 8,000 Narra seedlings, while our Palawan Nursery houses 7,000 seedlings, with 2,000 ready for planting. These nurseries fuel reforestation and tree planting efforts across Palawan Group of Companies (PGC) areas, ensuring a healthier environment for future generations. Every transaction you make—be it pawning, sending money, or paying bills—supports this cause. Thank you for helping us grow a greener tomorrow, one tree at a time!

Building a sand dam, a structure for harvesting water from seasonal rivers. The barrier, typically made of concrete, impedes water flow and coarse grains of sand settle behind it, creating an artificial aquifer that fills up during rainy seasons. Seasonal rivers flow a few times a year here, and with little piped water and few reliable alternatives, many people here depend on them for water. Building sand dams on these seasonal rivers, where people can scoop the sand to fetch the water or use pumps, helps minimize water loss through evaporation and recharges groundwater. This is increasingly important as human-caused climate change is leading to prolonged seasons of drought, let's support local communities in fighting away water scarcity, climate change by building Water projects( Sand Dams Projects to the local communities living in semi arids lands. ) You can stand with us by donating the programs, Building Water Projects or The school garden project ( planting trees program) to the local communities in kenya living in semi arids lands. I'm always willing to give a presentation about our work, products, and the job itself to students. Partially, it's because I like this job and want to share it. On the other hand, almost nobody in the Czech Republic knows one of the world's leaders. The market is just invisible to normal people. I want to show them that 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 to big players like ABB, Siemens, Schneider if they want to: • Work on interesting international projects • Work in an international company with the possibility to work abroad • Work with the latest technological trends • Contribute to world change 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗔𝗽: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹.
Recently, we hosted a student visit from the Secondary Technical School of Electrical Engineering in Prague (SPŠE Ječná). This was part of the MŮŽEŠ PODNIKAT non-profit initiative, which inspires students and young people to pursue entrepreneurship. ComAp has been a long-term supporter of this initiative, with one of our founders, Libor Mertl, working closely with the organisation as an inspirational speaker and contributing to its development. During the visit, we not only guided the students through our premises but also shared insights about ComAp, including our history and the company's journey from its beginnings in 1991 to becoming a global leader in smart control solutions with 15 subsidiaries worldwide. Lukáš Mrkvička Mrkvicka, ComAp's Senior Product Manager, also shared his journey at ComAp, from starting as a Technical Support Engineer to his current mission of navigating the gas and CHP market and leading new hydropower projects. Thank you to everyone involved in this initiative, and we wish the new young talents the best as they carve their future career paths!

Family Farm Teams (FFT) or just Family teams trainings attempt to change mind sets and appreciate each other, work together to achieve goals. As a team, we communicate with each other to score goals. Firstly we need to set out goals in life, then plan our farm business or any other income earning activities. As the saying goes Failing to plan is planning to fail. We need to be healthy and strong, consuming healthy foods. As farmers, food crops are grown for consumption. Non farmers can purchase fresh healthy foods from farmers at the numerous local markets. All need to take care take of the soil that provides food, fibre and more. Communications is paramount here. Don't assume that others can read your thoughts. Discuss together, have a briefing as a family. Family is an institution, all have tasks to perform. Should disputes arise, talk and settle the disagreements. Always look at the abilities of each individual within the family unit. Lets count our blessings. Merry Christmas 2024 to you all. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your contributions.

🌱 Planting Hope, Growing Community At Springs of Life Foundation, our mission has always been to meet the needs of those in our community. Today, we need your support to take a vital next step: establishing a community farm. 🌾🚜 Why a Farm? This farm will serve as a lifeline for our community, providing SAFE andAFFORDABLE food such as fresh produce and poultry. 🥕🍗 It will also create much-needed job opportunities and, in the future, additional community employment, such as a meat processing facility, shipping, and more! By focusing on sustainable farming, we can ensure food security for: • Individuals and families in need. 🏡 • Our community as a whole. 🤝 • Residents in our recovery program. 💪 • Solid Grounds coffee shop, which ministers to local youth and young adults. ☕️ A Vision Beyond Food This is more than just a farm—it’s a way to build a stronger, self-sustaining community. With your help, we can: • Secure property that will qualify us for grants to expand our recovery programs. 📈 • Relocate our recovery housing to the farm, providing residents with an environment that fosters growth and healing. 🌿 • Repurpose our current recovery housing into a space that can serve even more needs, including community initiatives. 🏠 How You Can Help To make this vision a reality, we need you! Every dollar moves us closer to the vision. Your support today will help us create sustainable farming that benefits the entire community—starting with those who need it most. If someone is out there who could make this a reality for us and the community, please contact us. 🤝 Any donations given towards this project should be titled “The Farm” as these particular donations will be restricted funding only for the purpose of purchasing property for this vision. 💰 Together, we can rescue, restore, and rebuild. Let’s plant hope and grow a future. 🌱🌍 Donate today to Springs of Life Foundation. 💖

How dogs are involved in reforestation efforts. At Safe Home Foundation, we are constantly inspired by the incredible ways dogs contribute to our world. Dogs can play a crucial role in reforestation efforts. Here's how our furry friends are making a difference: Finding suitable planting sites: Dogs can detect soil quality and moisture levels with their exceptional sense of smell. This ensures that plants have the best chance to thrive. Detecting pests: These dogs are trained to sniff out harmful insects and pests, allowing young trees to grow well without damage. Supporting sustainable growth: These dogs play a crucial role in fostering sustainable reforestation projects by helping us find suitable planting sites and protecting against pests. Isn't it amazing? P.S. At Safe Home Foundation, we are dedicated to helping stray, ill, abandoned, and injured dogs find safe homes. Please donate to the Over the Horizon Project: The link is in the comment section. This new project aims to raise sufficient funds to allow us to purchase new land and build new infrastructure for stray, ill, and injured dogs in India. We need $60,000 and have already raised $45,132. Please help us achieve the rest of the amount. Every small contribution counts. We appreciate any help you can provide.

REMARKS BY JAY NAIDOO Thank you for your invitation. It is a subject that is troubling most South Africans and especially Elders like me that have spent pour lifetimes as freedom fighters. The sad reality is that 40% of South Africans did not vote in our last election. This is a chilling statistic that should have been a national public debate. The question we have in our minds is how legitimate are those that today sit in our Parliament? Perhaps as interesting is the voting pattern did not give any party an outright majority. We can conclude that most South Africans to not trust our political parties, especially the old liberation movement in Africa, the ANC. I am tired of speaking in generalities. I live for the past three years in the North-West Province, close to Marikana. A province that Stats SA recently stated there are more unemployed than employed people. In this ecological catastrophe unfolding here I have chosen not to be an observer. This is our individual choice. 60 million South Africans should ask themselves, ‘What can I do to make a contribution towards nation building and healing ourselves and our country?’ So let me focus on what I am doing to make my contribution and challenge us all to do better. As I said I live in Magaliesberg Biosphere. This is a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. This ancient mountain was the home to our ancestors Australopithecus between 2-4 million years ago. Interestingly in recent times Homo Naledi surfaced as another iteration before Homo Sapiens, close to 300000 years ago. Whether this is a separate species is still a debate. It is the reputed home of all biodiversity, and the beginning of geologic time. It is 2.2 billion years old. While it has given us the one of the wealthiest biospheres of life and biodiversity in the world, it also gave us 75% of the platinum group metals of the world. We have to assess whether tis was a curse or blessing.

What a year! If you want to see what we have been up to at A Curious Tractor check out this epic timeline and reflection from Benjamin Knight
When Nicholas Marchesi OAM (Him/He) and I planted the first seeds of A Curious Tractor, we had no idea how they would grow. We just knew we needed to try. What bloomed wasn't just projects or programs – it was a community that showed up with wisdom, patience, and heart. You taught us to slow down, to listen deeper, and to trust in the power of ceremony. From detention centres to vegetable patches, from remote communities to high-rise buildings, every connection added nutrients to our soil. Sometimes we stumbled, often we questioned, but you held space for our learning. As 2024 draws to a close, we're humbled by how much we didn't know, and grateful for how much you've taught us. Take a walk through our journey: https://lnkd.in/ggpVVYPY Thank you for helping us grow curious. 🚜
