„Having the talent and having the right mindset together can make you unstoppable.“ Ruben Dias Please meet the first cohort of the global thyssenkrupp Aerospace talents who just finished their two year programme last week (unfortunately, some talents are missing on this picture as they could not all make it to our HQ in Essen/ Germany this time). Could not be prouder to have such a gifted, dedicated, enthusiastic and diverse crew of talents in my team, willing to tackle the challenges of tomorrow and working on the solutions to overcome these. What makes this special to me is not only the energy we share during these events and the fun we have while taking such a team picture (believe me: there are more pictures - for insiders only…), but the fact that two decades ago I was one of them and that the tk Talent Management Programme at the time supported me in becoming who I am today. It is therefore a priviledge for me to be able to give something back. The tk Talent Management Programme has primarily the following goals: 1. To support talents in their self-reflection and with 360 degree feedback to identify development fields. 2. To offer the necessary on- and off-the job trainings and hands-on projects to work on these development fields. 3. To offer extensive networking opportunities across the various tk businesses, to share best cases, lessons learned and form a personal bond between tomorrow‘s leaders. 4. To increae visibility of the many talents in our various businesses and offer opportunities to switch business models and functions. And we are doing a great job at this! Why? Because we have a super dedicated HR Department at thyssenkrupp Materials Services not only supporting but also driving it, and I would like to thank Stephan Rennen, Maike Katharina Karänke, Lena Dinter, Matthias Konkel and all of the team members behind them (you and I know who you are) for making this possible! If you are a #talent and want to join a global high-performance team, if you want to learn more about and contribute to solving tomorrow‘s #supplychainmanagement challenges and if you want to have #funatwork, then go to the career website of thyssenkrupp and look at the many exciting opportunities, which we offer to become the new #generationtk.
What a fantastic #talent group! We had a great time with you and are looking forward to support your further development! Patrick Marous, thank you so much for being such a strong supporter of the talent program. It was incredibly valuable for us and the talents. We are excited to start the next journey with tk Aerospace talents!
Congratulations and all the best on your journey!
Congratulations to all graduates, whose commitment and diversity are the foundation for a promising future. #ManwithSteel
