Demonstrating presence goes beyond eye contact and active listening. In this webinar, we will focus on five coaching moves that, when deployed, allow you to reap the benefits that presence imparts. These moves allow you to be more responsive to the client's internal life: who they are and who they wish to become to accomplish their ideal state. You go deeper than transactional coaching, where you often coach the session outcome, not the person. With presence, you can coach the person's ideal self and who that person needs to be to accomplish their (often external) session outcome. This is the place where transformational coaching occurs.
