I am writing this post to bring to light the unresolved issues and questionable tactics (fraud) regarding my airtel broadband connection. Airtel Cares #Background: - I got my Airtel Cares broadband connection on 24th May. - Within one month, my broadband has gone down three times. #Issues Faced: - Complaint Raised on 11th June, 2024: - No resolution or update has been provided till date. #TwitterComplaint: - Raised a complaint via Twitter, but received no updates. #EscalationAttempts: - L1/L2 escalation support did not respond even to customer support calls, who tried to check the status directly. When they finally answered, they spoke very rudely to customer support when asked about the status of my resolution. This behavior reflects a toxic culture within the company. - Ask to disconnect the airtel broadband (xtreme-fiber or airtel black) connection but denied on the face, watched this youtube video (https://lnkd.in/gtJd4i7P) and realised, disconnection is more difficult - Requested to speak with a floor manager, but was informed none were available. - Customer support asked me I can take any action I deem necessary. #NextSteps: - I have already filed a complaint with the consumer forum. - If no resolution is provided soon, I will escalate this matter to the consumer court. This issue, which should have been resolved easily, feels like an attempt to generate bills fraudulently. This is not an isolated case; similar issues were reported with Zomato in Hyderabad, leading to a complaint with FSSAI Publication. Note: This post is not suitable for LinkedIn however due to my connection pool size, I want to bring this into airtel's / @Airtel Cares notice before further escalation. The enthusiasm & strategy adopted and that they display while buying connection does not totally reflect at issue resolution! It's an apathy that few people face these issues & the concerned team don't even care! I cannot generalise, but seems some members of the customer support are creating problems due to negligent behaviour! Being a victim of such issue, stopped paying fraudulent bills ( Issue with international roaming deactivation & that service being misused in generating bill)
I have some issues with Airtel Cares at chennai. Focused on profit, instead of customer satisfaction.
there was the same issue with I was having airtel so I changed to ACT FIBERNET It better change the connection
