It's been 23 days since my internet connection stopped working, and despite numerous calls and emails, the issue remains unresolved. This prolonged outage has caused severe disruptions to my work and daily life. Your customer care team has been unresponsive, with phone calls going unanswered and emails receiving only auto-generated replies. This is completely unacceptable for a service that I’ve paid for in advance. I urge Airtel to take immediate action to restore my internet connection. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including seeking assistance from consumer protection agencies and considering legal action for the inconvenience caused. Airtel Fiber was supposed to be a reliable service, but this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I expect a response and resolution within the next 24 hours. I am writing this post to bring to light the unresolved issues and questionable tactics (fraud) regarding my airtel broadband connection. Airtel Cares #Background: - I got my Airtel Cares broadband connection on 24th May. - Within one month, my broadband has gone down three times. #Issues Faced: - Complaint Raised on 11th June, 2024: - No resolution or update has been provided till date. #TwitterComplaint: - Raised a complaint via Twitter, but received no updates. #EscalationAttempts: - L1/L2 escalation support did not respond even to customer support calls, who tried to check the status directly. When they finally answered, they spoke very rudely to customer support when asked about the status of my resolution. This behavior reflects a toxic culture within the company. - Ask to disconnect the airtel broadband (xtreme-fiber or airtel black) connection but denied on the face, watched this youtube video (https://lnkd.in/gtJd4i7P) and realised, disconnection is more difficult - Requested to speak with a floor manager, but was informed none were available. - Customer support asked me I can take any action I deem necessary. #NextSteps: - I have already filed a complaint with the consumer forum. - If no resolution is provided soon, I will escalate this matter to the consumer court. This issue, which should have been resolved easily, feels like an attempt to generate bills fraudulently. This is not an isolated case; similar issues were reported with Zomato in Hyderabad, leading to a complaint with FSSAI Publication. Airtel Broadband airtel Pathetic service 1. I called and registered for mesh service almost 2 weeks back and still the same is not installed. 2. Airtel team / technician calls whenever they feel like and just in case I am unable to pick their call, there is no option to call back. I have to again go through the harassment of raising a new complaint and re explain the issue 3. Now when I want to upgrade to Airtel black plan , and just requested the customer care to send technician at home to check my current router and dth post that i can upgrade. I am asked 10 different questions and even after a 20 mins call request is not taken 4. To add it , during this 20 mins call I get 3 miss calls from Airtel black and I am unable to pick as I am still on call with first customer care. After finishing the primary call, when I call back on 3 missed calls it's says out of coverage. 5. Now I have got 2 more calls asking me to install Airtel black but when I tell them that I have paid for the mesh and no one has come, they are not sure what to do. Now I am back to zero as neither the mesh is installed nor the request for Airtel black has been taken I guess. I just want internet connectivity across my home and is that a big think to ask?

airtel Airtel Broadband service is unreliable. While it works well when it's functioning, technical issues often arise, leading to significant customer service challenges. It's difficult to reach a representative, and even when you do, they may put you on hold or disconnect the call. Once a complaint is filed, resolving the issue can take several days. This frequent downtime is especially problematic in today's internet-dependent world.

Worst telecom service provider Vodafone Idea Limited I am a customer rendering services of VI but I am facing troublesome chlenges in network stability and communication issues. Due to these challenges I requested to PORT my services and thus i am unable to do the same as port number is not getting generated for my number. VI customer care team contacted me and tried to convince me but I have been facing network stability issues from past 3 months and need toswitch to better network. The customer care team didn’t helped out in any means and till date i am unable to switch my service provider. I would request VI team that if a customer is looking to switch the network provider then they should support their decision and let the customer proceed happily. Stopping the customer by false means and making false resolutions over tickets raised is not a good business. I would request that to stop such service provider usage that are creating issues to customers in a long run. #vi #vodafoneidea #networkproviderindia #worstnetworkprovider

Hello airtel Team, Subject: Urgent Resolution Required for Airtel AirFiber Connectivity Issue or Full Refund Dear Airtel Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing issue regarding my Airtel AirFiber connection. For the past 45 days, I have been unable to use the service due to persistent connectivity issues. The network shows an "incorrect password" error when attempting to connect any device. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue: 1. Tried resetting the password using the Airtel Thanks App, which repeatedly shows an error: "Not able to fetch details." (screenshot attached). 2. Raised a complaint with Airtel Customer Care 45 days ago, but no resolution has been provided to date. This prolonged disruption has caused significant inconvenience, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of response and resolution. I request the following: 1. Immediate resolution of the connectivity issue. 2. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I request the disconnection of my connection and a full refund for the 45 days of non-functional service. Airtel Digital Airtel Xtream Fiber #Fraud I started using Airtel Xstream in April 2024, and everything was fine until June. However, starting from July, I began facing frequent internet disconnections. Whenever there's an issue, it takes them at least three days to resolve it, and that's after making countless calls to their customer care. In July 2024, I was left without internet for four days. Now, the same problem has occurred again since last Friday. It's August 11, 2024, and I still don't have an internet connection. Every time I call customer care, they tell me, "Sorry for the inconvenience, your entire area is facing the same issue. We are working 24/7, and your issue will be resolved within 24 hours." But nothing ever happens. Their app doesn't even have an option to report disconnections. When I told them I wanted to raise a disconnection request, they simply hung up the call. Airtel Xstream's customer care and internet service in Hyderabad are the worst I have ever experienced. Don't fall for their discount offers; it's not worth the frustration. I work from home, so having a reliable internet connection is crucial for me. Since last Friday (06/11/2024), I've called their customer care at least 30 times, but today is 08/11/2024, and I'm still without internet. They took a six-month advance payment, and the first 2.5 months were fine. When I was paying, they promised installation within a day, but it ended up taking more than a week after numerous calls to customer care. Airtel Xstream in Hyderabad is a scam. Don't trust it at all.

airtel I am trying to surrender my broadband connection with number 03316959847 for past few days. Your IVR have no provision to select deactivation, your airtel thanks app will not let me disconnect and they are assigning engineers to visit to check network. Some are askibg me reason why I want to surrender my broadband and close my account and I really don't want to justify, because when I took the connections lot of good promises were also told. I have emailed, tried to make your service engineers aware what I want but there is a bureacratic process. when I am raising request to disconnect, engi eers are getting request to check internet connectivity. I don't want to crib in linkedin so your social media handler from x also asking not to surrender. Well if my account not getting deactivated and router is not taken I assume it's an illegal practice by airtel to pressurize customers to continue pay bills even if service is pathetic. Can I get a resolution I want to deactivate, discontinue and surrender my connection. airtel

Airtel Broadband Bad Service : I am badly effected by your service, My Broadband connection No: 08014653629 due to your interrupted service on a daily basis my office work got stopped and I got warning mails from my manager due to not completed the given work on-time. There are 10 times complaints were been raised in 1 month of spam. Even though you were not giving effective service for your customer. Executive Visit : Visited one executive and checked all the necessary checks but not resolved, after the he said ONM team has to come. But there is no such team had come and correct it. After 3 days one guy from Airtel called and asked your connection is working properly or not. I clearly said him even after no proper response from you guys end.
