Subject: Urgent: Unresolved Airtel Fiber Connection Issue – 23 Days Without Internet @AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence I am beyond frustrated with the appalling service from Airtel Fiber. It's been 23 days since my internet connection stopped working, and despite numerous calls and emails, the issue remains unresolved. This prolonged outage has caused severe disruptions to my work and daily life. Your customer care team has been unresponsive, with phone calls going unanswered and emails receiving only auto-generated replies. This is completely unacceptable for a service that I’ve paid for in advance. I urge Airtel to take immediate action to restore my internet connection. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including seeking assistance from consumer protection agencies and considering legal action for the inconvenience caused. Airtel Fiber was supposed to be a reliable service, but this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I expect a response and resolution within the next 24 hours.
