We took a recent Gartner report and made a video that outlines some key points. In 2024, a lot of the buyer journey for B2B is spent outside of working with sales. People are doing homework across the web. They're looking at something to form decisions but the question is what and where. Companies will need to stay ahead of this and curate that journey as much as possible which means using content and strategy in the right places at the right times to give the buyers what they need so it can pave the way for sales. An educated buyer is ideal for sales as well. First, define your audience. Then identify where they go.
