Strategic Team Check-ins are a game changer when it comes to team collaboration. Here’s why: One of the key challenges organizations face is to make strategy part of the day-to-day. Unfortunately, in many organizations, some goals are defined but teams work on other things (that can be important too). Creating space for team members, especially those with different communication styles, is key to ensuring your projects thrive. Asking questions like: “What style of communication is most helpful” and shifting from “what do you think?” to more specific questions like “what are the pros/cons of XYZ” can foster conversations that make your team and results better.
