Just applied to the Platanus hackathon 📝 If you’re around the Chilean startup scene, you probably know Platanus Ventures. They’re a key player here, backing early-stage startups and always working to grow the ecosystem. This time they’re putting on a 36-hour, in-person hackathon. It’ll be one of those intense, no-sleep-just-ship things. I love these kinds of events because the energy is unmatched. We need more of these. To me, they’re not just a place to work on cool products but also a chance to connect with people who are just as crazy, just as passionate. These events are perfect for meeting people, swapping ideas, and seeing what we can create in a short time. Hoping to get in, because connecting in these spaces is always super fun. Let’s see how it goes.

How to win Montreal Startupfest. Yes, this is a 18 minutes video. And it dates from over 12 months. We won in 2023. Can you win next year? FYI: - Toronto office is opened and profitable as we speak. - 15M$ path in 5 years is really underestimated according to recent developments. Hint: groceries. - The 4 to 8 tanks per month per machine is... underestimated as well (I think). Last month, some of our establishments consumed.... 15 tanks. - Yes I had the green chair in the top 3 (this is the most exciting part of the footage, starts at 5minutes 30seconds in the video ). But please know that all the secrets are in between the lines, and if you want to read fast, you have to read in between the words. Everybody that knows fast-reading techniques knows that. You should as well. - I was just being myself. Thanks to Philippe Telio for creating this amazing ambiance that let founders be themselves. Phil, you are really making a difference. - I did not do this ''on my own''. Everybody that is around needs an ovation. I really insist on this point. - The hardest question was '' who sues you ''. This Thursday, Oct 3, in Vilnius #Lithuania will be Startup Lithuania's #startupfair. Are you going to be there? Networking is clearly my main objective but looking at the days agenda there are a few events that I think I'll attend. Here's my pick: - Master your charisma like a ninja by Matt C Smith (MS Media Group) - Empowering the Ecosystem with Gintare Verbickaite (Unicorns Lithuania) and Egle Eidimtaite (Tesonet) - Act Global, Scout Local with Kotryna Kurt (AQ22/Linkedist), Antti Korhonen, Vincent Weir (Invenio Growth) and Joan Francesc Bañó ( GameBCN) - Mastering the Global Game with Dom Urniezius (GrowTech), Amit Goldman(DigitalDx Ventures) and Ido Jonathan Engel (Microsoft) 2 of those are both interesting topics but also have some special people on the panels that are always nice to hear... Kotryna and Dom (virtual high five and good luck!) This by no means undermines the other speakers and panels, quite a few look interesting, but I can't list them all even though I might attend. I myself wanted to contribute a little to this Startup Fair week with 2 events!
