The fundamentals are: 👉 Buy a property at discount, ideally one where value can be added through refurbishment 👉 Carry out that refurbishment to increase the value of the property 👉 Rent the property out for monthly income then 👉 Refinance the property up to it’s new value post refurbishment The strategy itself is easily executed however there are many things to consider with regards to lending, type of properties etc as some lenders when it come to the refinance part have certain parameters for lending so always best to check your options before committing to any purchase!
