No... It is more than the Finance Bill going back to the drawing board( Remember by now the Kenya budget would have been read), we're not in a hurry as long as things are done right. It is more than the Cabinet Secretaries going home. We are concerned with their replacements.( History shouldn't repeat itself, we need qualified people to occupy those offices). We are doing away with tribalism(just one tribe occupying 90% of the Government offices with a country of 43 tribes). We are fighting nepotism, corruption and other social injustices. It is more than having peace, we need to know why protesters were shot. You don't fight someone carrying placards, posters , whistles, handkerchiefs, bottles of water with a live bullet, no. We mourn the fallen heroes. We need to agree that the spirit of the constitution of Kenya has to be followed to the latter. It is for the people of the Republic of Kenya 🇰🇪. We want more. We love Kenya so much to let it rot in the hands of a few in power. We have a role to protect our future. We have a generation to come and find Kenya in a good place if not better. We have a baton to pass to the next generation.

Why Kenya Kwanza Lies Have Destroyed Our Country and Why They Must Be Removed From Power: This constant lying by William Ruto is not simply aimed at making Kenyans believe his fabrications but at ensuring that we lose faith in everything — the government, institutions, and even truth itself. His lies are not just words; they are a strategy to create confusion, distrust, and chaos. When a people can no longer distinguish between truth and deception, they cannot differentiate right from wrong either. Ruto’s deceptive promises — be it economic prosperity, job creation, or an end to corruption — have not only failed to materialize but have made us question reality. From manipulating statistics to blaming external forces for his failures, his regime has turned Kenya into a nation of doubters, where truth feels elusive. And when citizens, robbed of the power to think critically and hold leadership accountable, stop questioning lies, they become enslaved by them. Without realizing it, we have been made subjects to his grand deception, forced to watch our economy crumble, our reputation internationally tarnished, and our livelihoods stolen. With such a leader, anything is possible — but none of it is for the people’s good. If we do not rise up to demand accountability, integrity, and leadership rooted in truth, Kenya will remain a playground for lies. We must, therefore, reclaim our power and demand the removal of William Ruto, whose lies have become a weapon against our very existence. With every unchallenged deception, we lose more of our country. It is time to act.

Political unrest and economic strain in #Kenya From 1 August to 13 September 2024, #ACLED recorded 138 political violence events and 96 reported fatalities across Kenya. Nairobi saw the highest number of events, with 15 incidents primarily linked to riots, while Nyeri and Lamu counties experienced the most fatalities, with 21 and 12 deaths, respectively. Kenya’s ‘Generation Z’ protests against the 2024 Finance Bill —driven by concerns over elite politics, corruption, and inequality— significantly decreased in July and August. Organized primarily online and without a central leader, the movement quickly gained traction in June. In response, President Ruto formed a coalition of political elites, co-opt influential individuals and groups, and intimidated organizers and participants. Yet, with Kenya’s debt crisis persisting and more borrowing likely needed, it remains unclear whether popular discontent can be contained as financial strain deepens. Good morning, Another day brings the ongoing struggle to correct the issues plaguing our country. While some believe this platform should avoid political discussions, it's important to acknowledge that politics deeply impact the economy. Stable politics foster stable economies, while instability leads to economic turmoil. Corruption and misuse of resources are key culprits, resulting in high unemployment, lack of services, and diminished local production and manufacturing, ultimately causing systemic breakdowns. This mirrors the current situation in our country. Unless these issues are addressed, normalcy will remain out of reach. Our Gen Z generation is on the right track, demanding the necessary reforms to fix the decay within our nation. Everyone should understand that supporting this agenda benefits all sectors, whether you're a student, entrepreneur, manufacturer, police officer, military personnel, or county governance. Right now, they need our support to implement drastic changes in our country. They have my support. Do they have yours? Viva Kenya!

In which direction are we going as Kenya? We need to establish how the money borrowed by the Executive between 2013 and 2024 was used, if there was fiduciary responsibility and whether the loans were VfM! Now do we have a moratorium of any kind and with whom? If the money borrowed was to spur development and boost economic empowerment, what happened exactly? When an Executive is focusing more on political posterity measures than authentic austerity measures,the country will remain underdeveloped,with stifled fundamental rights and freedoms. Additional investment is needed to bolster sustained civic engagement to accelerate transparency and accountability.

Today, the Kenyan Parliament is poised to pass the Finance Bill 2024.Companies have already indicated that they may discontinue or slow down their operations in Kenya if the bill is enacted. The potential repercussions are significant, threatening livelihoods and economic stability across the nation.
