Tomorrow, we are delighted to be welcoming Janet Granger to talk all about generational divides at work, and how to hire and manage Gen Z. In some ways, the interactions and communications among Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z in the workplace has devolved into an “us” vs. “them” mentality. Instead of getting better, it’s only getting worse. If these issues aren’t addressed, teams and organizations will never achieve their goals. And, as Peter Drucker wrote, “Culture eats Strategy for breakfast.” Managing younger teams is a challenge, and needs to be addressed in new and different ways to make a difference. Tomorrow’s session will help you to: 💡 Identify the cultural conflicts and their effects on employees 💡 Understand the brain science behind the current conflict 💡 Learn “hands on” practical ways to navigate and resolve this challenge Read more or sign up at https://lnkd.in/eFeW69rE #genz #webinar #millennials
