It's not always a straightforward path, but it's incredibly rewarding. Thanks for sharing Purple Tuesday! #InclusionForAll #UnitedInAccessibility
Agree that its not a straightforward parth with so many nuances! I wanted to add that practicing inclusion will make everyone feel welcomed and heard as long as we don’t forget to include the people that have those unique lived experiences in the design and decision processes
amazing unfortunately, here in MENA they refuse to learn, you have to point a gun to them and they will still resist, they can't give up their ignorance and arrogance to be more humane before being inclusive
Sounds more like a formula to deal with the individual challenges of neurodiversity
It also changes as employees leave and new people are employed. Also people's needs can change.
This is great however as a person of colour of African descent and a woman, I would like to know if this Purple Tuesday also applies to me or is it just people with disabilities?
I also believe that inclusion is about being seen, heard and valued.
Love it! Makes everyone stretch those creativity muscles!

5moIts great to try do our best to over disability in the work place but I do believe there is so much a business can do, ultimately they are profiteering organisations if they can't afford to do what is needed then is that something the disabled person has to accept?
