This week marks the Inclusive Employers National Inclusion Week—a time to celebrate inclusion and taking meaningful steps toward building more inclusive workplaces. The theme for this week is #ImpactMatters, a reminder to not only integrate inclusivity into our workplace culture, but to also consider how our businesses impact the communities we serve.
