The other week I had the privilege and the honor to facilitate the final event of a 24 months leadership development program we designed for one of our clients. It was the 3rd round of the program and the class was a composition of seasoned managers with tons of experience and smart, young talents with minor or no leadership experience from 7 countries. Here comes some feedback from the participants: 1. Reverse mentoring and learning with and from each other brings all generations together! 2. Bulding personal relationships can and will crack the silos across the organisation and despite cultural differences! 3. Deep understanding of the companys operating system is a pre-condition for every success! 4. Applying the companys leadership principles while working on strategic projects drives cultural change and transformation! 5. Despite your age and/or experience there is always a new leadership hack, tool or instrument to learn. 6. Last but not least: Sustainable performance, mutual values and reliable relationships are the best fuel for corporate careers!
