Here are three reasons employee advocacy programs actually benefit your employees, and not just your brand: 💡They get to know and love their jobs and company even more, creating a happier workplace environment and positive company culture. 💡 They get to become thought leaders within their industry and grow their knowledge. 💡They are building their own personal networks and brand. Every aspect of an EA program is something your employee can move forward with. Thinking about becoming an advocate for your company? Here’s a huge bonus: If you leave Company X for Company Y, your entire network, audience, and personal brand goes with you! That’s incredibly valuable. #EmployeeAdvocacy #EmployeeAdvocacyPrograms #ThoughtLeadership
