Strong leadership is the backbone of any successful organization. While there can be many reasons for feeling disconnected, unproductive, or losing key talent, these could also be signs of a leadership misalignment problem. Here are some key tips to overcome this problem: - Get your leadership team on the same page with a clear purpose and values that matter to stakeholders. - Build a Strong Culture and Create a positive environment that empowers your employees. - Invest in developing your leaders and identify future talent champions. Great thoughts Ravi Kumar Mandalika. I would add: - Ground culture in mutual trust. Employees should feel safe to be themselves, experiment, take chances, fail fast, to succeed as individuals and teams. - Distribute responsibility and decision making where appropriate. This will enable organisations to reduce cogs and move fast, and aspiring leaders will feel as valued contributors. - Eliminate silos between teams and encourage unconstrained collaboration, clarity and candidness.
