I wish that every company operated like Steven Spielberg creates stories. Spielberg was always a romantic for storytelling. He wasn't driven by money or by fame. At the root of his motivations the guy just wanted to tell great stories. Today's Hollywood is in a fast and major decline partially because they stopped telling stories and only diversified revenue. It's also because streaming services are slitting their own throats like crazy, but that's a story for another time. If we all approached the marketplace with the same Spielbergian attitude of, "I want to create the best __fill in the blank__ that I can make for people then money will naturally come. A money-first attitude puts America in a fast decline, but a passion and love to serve people with the world's greatest products, stories and services are magnetic for money (cough, with the right marketing - Buck Wild Media).
