Growing awareness of ADHD with woman is absolutely crucial, for many girls and women, as well as their loved ones, it is life saving. ❤️ It helps letting go of shame and the feeling of not being good enough. These are experiences that undiagnosed girls and women have felt and carried within them perhaps all their lives. ❤️ It helps to adjust your entire life; goals, expectations, as well as daily ways of doing things without constant struggle, cognitive exhaustion and total anxiety. ❤️It helps not only the understanding one self, but also the people around them, protecting and savouring the relationships and connectiond, that we all desire for. ❤️It helps girls and women to re-write their stories sometimes shadowed by loneliness, grief and saddness with love, compassion, acceptance and connection. ❤️ It helps by giving the power to shape their journey from surviving to thriving, finding their true authentic selves as well as their full potential.
