Nothing says messy middle quite as well as a s’more. The messy middle, being at the center of a generational sandwich, is filled with challenges and opportunity. Like a s’more, it gets sticky sometimes. The demands of your role in your family can be overwhelming sometimes. You’re responsible for your children and an aging parent - or maybe more than one. You have a demanding job which is not a 9-5, home things that have to be managed or done by you, and you know that you need to take care of yourself and your other important relationships. And your spouse travels for business - a lot. There aren’t enough hours in the day. So much of the time, it’s just you, juggling graham crackers, Hershey bars, and marshmallows and feeling the heat. Like a s’more, you are the glue that holds the more fragile edges together. But also like a s’more, there's sweetness in these days. Sometimes, you may have to look really hard to find it But it’s there. These souls who count on you love you and rely on you. They trust you to take care of them. They need you. And as life seems overwhelming on those messiest of days, Remember that this, too, will pass. With that passing of time will go these heavy responsibilities, But also the richness of now. Don’t miss it. As Seals and Crofts said in their sweet song so many years ago, “We may never pass this way again.” So if you need help with asset management, life insurance, disability, long term care, finding a good estate attorney or a CPA or a realtor or a valuation specialist or people who can help you make decisions for and with your parents, Schedule an intro call with me. The middle can absolutely be messy but it’s your messy middle, Your s’more. Savor every messy bite. 🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫 Adding clarity to your life with money. How disruptive would it be to your family if you weren’t able to work? Accidents and unexpected illnesses happen. And sometimes these things can derail you from doing all that you do, including earning a living. >>>Yeah, but I have disability insurance at work. Well, that’s helpful but it typically only covers about 60% of your income, often for only a short period of time. And if you leave your employer, your coverage will most likely end. When you obtain private disability income insurance, it’s yours to keep as long as you pay the premiums. Owning your own DI policy can supplement your group policy and put you in the best position to maintain your standard of living. And when your income is protected, you’re free to focus on healing and regaining your strength. Coverage usually costs between 1-3% of your salary, and benefits are paid out monthly typically after a waiting period. Your income is important. Protect it like you protect your home, autos, health, and life. To start the conversation and get a quote, schedule an intro call with me. _____ Adding clarity to your life with money. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 ❤️ Have you ever thought about the ways you show love to the people who matter most? It could be through spending quality time, offering support, or even small everyday gestures that show you care. But one of the most profound ways to express love is by ensuring their future is secure—no matter what happens. A few months ago, I met a father who had just welcomed his second child. He shared with me how much his life had changed since becoming a parent. “𝙄 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝,” he admitted, “𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙬, 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙄 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩. 𝙄 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙠𝙞𝙙𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙠𝙖𝙮 𝙞𝙛 𝙄’𝙢 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙖𝙮.” We sat down together and talked about his dreams for his family—the home he wanted to build, the education he wanted his kids to have, and the life he hoped his wife wouldn’t have to worry about. Through that conversation, we created a plan that gave him peace of mind. He knew his family would be financially secure, no matter what life threw their way. A few weeks later, he sent me a message: “𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱. 𝘐 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵.” Stories like his remind me of a simple truth: 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻—𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲. It’s a way to protect the people you care about and ensure their dreams don’t stop, even if life takes an unexpected turn. When you create a safety net for your loved ones, you’re not just thinking ahead—you’re showing them how much they mean to you today. If you’re ready to secure your family’s future and give them the gift of peace of mind, talk to your trusted advisor or find a trusted one for you. Create a plan that shows your love in action. #ActOfLove #ProtectYourLovedOnes #InsuranceAdvisor #SecureYourFuture #FamilyFirst #PlanAhead #LetsTalk

Okay, #confessiontime. Quite recently, I ran into a young man, (John) and right in the middle of our conversation talks of savings came up, and I have never been this shocked my entire career! John thought saving money and buying life insurance were things you only did when you were old and, well, getting ready to kick the bucket. “Every time an insurance agent approaches me, I feel a mix of annoyance and confusion. Seriously, is there a sign on my forehead saying, "Please talk to me about my eventual demise"? I’m in my 20s! I should be thinking about adventures, not retirement!” ✅ It hit me that what John needed was someone who would just listen to him instead of trying to sell him, surely enough, I could tell immediately something started to change. 1️⃣ #Savings, #retirementplanning and #lifeinsurance are not about preparing for the end-they’re about protecting the life we work so hard to build Now!!! 2️⃣ Imagine this: An #emergencyfund means not having to fall back to “Ugali /skuma” or crash at your parents' place if you lose your job. 3️⃣ #Lifeinsurance? It’s not just about leaving something behind; it’s about making sure the people you love aren’t left in a financial mess if something happens to you. 4️⃣ These #financialtools are like invisible safety nets that give you freedom. The freedom to chase your dreams, take risks, and live life to the fullest—because you know, you have set a plan in place. 🔷 So here is my message to other young people and those relentless insurance agents out there: Let’s change the narrative. It's not about doom and death. It’s about security and peace of mind. And to the agents, maybe try leading with that? 😉 #FinancialFreedom #Moneytalks #LifeInsurance #Savings #RealTalk #ConfessionTime

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦: 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞’𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭💰 When I first met Michelle, she was struggling with a toxic work environment that drained her well-being. Despite earning a good income, she had no savings, insurance, or financial plan. Early retirement felt like an impossible dream. We started by building a strong foundation. First, health insurance gave her peace of mind for unexpected emergencies. Next, we set up a lifetime income dividend plan with small, consistent contributions to create a steady passive income. Michelle committed to the plan, adapting as her income grew, and stayed focused on her goals. Today, Michelle is on the verge of leaving her stressful job, financially secure and ready to live life on her own terms. She now has: 🌈 A steady passive income stream 🌈 Comprehensive health insurance coverage 🌈 Confidence to pursue her dreams without financial worry Her story proves it’s never too late to start building the life you want. Ready to take control of your future? Let’s talk. #retirementplanning #financialfreedom #askmehow #letchat

If you’re a BORK or you know a BORK, click and share MyLifePolicyPlan.com! It’s an amazing website and tool for BORKs everywhere! Not sure what a BORK is ? Check it out below to learn more. #ProudWife
This week I launched MyLifePolicyPlan.com, and the feedback has been incredible! Many have asked about our journey, so I wanted to share the story behind it. 🔍 Where It All Began After welcoming my second daughter in July, I took some time to explore personal finance trends. I noticed how terms like HENRY (High Earners Not Rich Yet), DINK (Dual Income, No Kids), and FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) have grown from simple acronyms into strong, supportive communities. It got me thinking: What about those of us who are building businesses while raising kids? We’re a unique group with unique needs. That’s when it clicked... We’re BORKs—Business Owners Raising Kids. We face daily challenges balancing our businesses, families, and financial futures, and our approach to financial planning looks very different from most. Every day, we make crucial decisions about protecting our businesses, our children’s futures, and the legacy we want to leave behind. Yet so many conversations around business ownership only focus on long-term retirement. But what about the risks we’re facing right now? 💡 The Need for Protection Today That’s why I founded My Life Policy Plan—to shift the focus from just planning for tomorrow to protecting what matters today. Whether it's life insurance to safeguard your family, key person insurance for your business, or buy-sell agreements to secure your legacy, our solutions are designed specifically for BORKs. 🚀 Our Mission Our mission is simple: help you protect both your family and your business, giving you peace of mind today and tomorrow. And in the process, build a community of like-minded BORKs to support one another. If you’re a business owner raising kids, you already have enough on your plate—I'm here to help you navigate it all. #BORK #BusinessOwners #LifeInsurance #Entrepreneurs #Legacy #FinancialPlanning #FamilyAndBusiness
