It is also worth noting the importance that Nova contributes to the uniformity of treatments, whether fabrics dyeing or finishing, due to the treatment produced with this extraordinary machine. Ecological like no other in this type of operation, it allows you to drastically reduce water consumption, 10 times less than continuous washing machines using H2O as concerning thermal energy. The fact that use a solvent, C2Cl4 (recoverable 99.5%) the fabric comes out dry, allows the speed of the stenter to be increased by up to 30% in the thermosetting operation. The drastic reduction of H2O in washing is accompanied by the non-use of detergents. Perchlorethylene consumption is extremely low, in the order of 0.5% / kg of fabric.
