Even though ImpactEleven’s been around since 2017... I tell myself each year: We’re just getting started. We’ve built a strong foundation with our events, IP, and relationships, but it truly feels like we’re only scratching the surface of what’s possible. When I think about where this could go, the vision has always been clear. But the impact? The relationships? That’s been a whole other story. What we didn’t expect were: • the deal-sharing • the level of accountability • the deep, lifelong friendships that have formed • the day-to-day support members are showing each other I knew connection would play a role, but what’s blown me away is that this connection has become the glue that holds it all together. During the kickoff program today, I kept hearing connect before content which is at the core of human interaction and relationships. I got so much value already during the onboarding call that I wonder what the entire program will be like. Few key things I noted down are: 1. Knowing that I don't know pushes me to do more. 2. Where your intentions go is where things grow, want something to improve, pay it the required attention. 3. Always give more than you take. I would be sharing more values I gain from the program and hope you'd hop in on the opportunity in the next cohort. Wouldn't have learnt about this program if Maryblessing Okolie didn't share it. These sessions offer a space for in-depth discussions and questions not answered during class. ☕We facilitate virtual coffee chats between fellows to ensure you’re fostering meaningful connections within the group. 📝If you find a company that fits our investment strategy, share it with us.
