#12MonthsOfRollits - November was a productive and engaging month as we prepared for the festive season. We began with our ever-popular annual quiz night, a lively and competitive event that is always a highlight of the year for staff and Partners. This month also saw us supporting the Cash for Kids "Mission Christmas" appeal by collecting gifts to help make a difference for children in need. We all need a circle ⏺ of friends, regardless if it is 1 or 10. They are there for you, so you need to be there for them. If you don't make time for your friends, you will find you don't have any. If you don't invest & support them, they won't for you either. We are all better because of those who pour(ed) into us, so we need to return the favor. The Non-Compete ruling from the employer POV: Culture > Non-Compete While the focus has been on the talent you could lose, how about we change the conversation to the talent that current restrictions prohibit us from hiring? When considering clusters of radio stations in a city, if you have the premiere brands and culture, you'll be able to hire the best talent in the market. There's a talent upgrade in every market we work in sitting across the street. But that's only possible if you've curated an environment that talent wants to be part of and are willing to invest in people. #radio #noncompete
