Agriculture and Food Security Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu said the renewal signifies that the Musang King durian is a brand that belongs to Malaysia and cannot be used by other countries. “We (Malaysia) have registered the Musang King durian as a special brand through MyIPO. (For) a period of 10 years, when you have patented it, it would be difficult for another country to use it,” he told the media after launching the Durian Technology Package book here yesterday. The Musang King durian was first registered as an intellectual property under Geographical Indication (GI) on March 13, 2014. "Ngopi" as a means of discussion Drinking coffee is a cultural aspect of Indonesian society that is full of meaning. Drinking coffee has become a trend for all levels of society, apart from being a means of socializing, the term "Ngopi" is a form of harmony between people in society. "Ngopi" is a Better Life Farming differentiation program to reach the community as well as being a form of moral and social approach that is used as a means of discussion and education regarding better agriculture and agricultural development. With this "free coffee" activity, it is hoped that it can become a bridge for farmers and BLFC or educator to share and discus problems on the land so that they can both find better agricultural solutions. #BetterLifeFarming #Bayer #Pertanian #Agriculture #Ngopi
