ACIS2024 Track 14: IS Research in Marginalized and Indigenous Contexts (Australasian Conference on Information Systems 2024, submission deadline: August 9, 2024) Track co-chairs Dhirendra Mani Shukla, Sun Ruonan (孫 若楠), Caroline Khene, Pitso Tsibolane Marginalized communities worldwide face economic and social exclusions, creating significant challenges in resource-constrained environments. Digital technologies have the potential to play a pivotal role in addressing these challenges by enabling social intermediation and bridging institutional voids. Despite efforts by social intermediaries, marginalized groups often feel excluded and prefer bottom-up digital development initiatives. Properly implemented, these technologies can foster participatory development, promote social entrepreneurship, and drive digital social innovation. Dr. Renu Swarup, Member, Steering Committee, WEP chaired our latest webinar with Incubators to discuss how they can collaborate more integrally with WEP to build a robust ecosystem of women entrepreneurs and help consolidate, converge and catalyze the change creating impact at scale. The key decisions taken were: ·        Establish an Incubator-Accelerator Connect Program for resource sharing and opportunity leveraging. ·        Encourage incubators to disseminate WEP’s message to alumni and women entrepreneurs transitioning from POC to market-ready enterprises, with a focus on market linkages and financing support. ·        Collaborate with regional incubator clusters to develop programs tailored to local market needs, enhancing relevance. ·        Foster collaboration between incubators and WEP to grow networks and strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem. ·        Support grassroots innovators and social enterprises lacking access to commercial markets and traditional financing. ·        Identify nodal officers within incubators to streamline communication and enhance collaboration with WEP.
